If your sign-ups and commissions are not showing in your Syncee Affiliate Account, there are several factors that might be affecting the tracking process.

How Does Syncee’s Affiliate Tracking Work?

Syncee’s affiliate tracking system is cookie-based, meaning that when someone clicks on your referral link, a tracking cookie is stored in their browser. This cookie is valid for 60 days, so if the user signs up and subscribes to a Syncee plan within this timeframe, the commission will be recorded and attributed to your account.

Why Was My Sign-up or Commission Not Tracked?

1. Different Browser or Device Used

If a user clicks on your referral link on one browser or device but signs up using another, the tracking cookie will not be recorded properly. Tracking works only if the same browser and device are used throughout the process.

2. Cookies Were Cleared or Disabled

Our referral tracking system relies on browser cookies. If a user clears their cookies before signing up, or has cookies disabled in their browser settings, the tracking will not register.

3. Incognito or Private Browsing Mode Was Used

If the referral link was opened in incognito or private mode, tracking cookies are not stored, meaning the sign-up or commission will not be recorded.

4. An Ad Blocker Was Active

Some ad blockers prevent tracking cookies from being stored. If a user has an ad blocker enabled, it could interfere with the tracking process.

5. Signing Up Through Your Own Referral Link

Self-referrals are not allowed. If you used your own referral link to sign up for Syncee, the system will not track the sign-up or reward you with a commission.

What to Do If You Believe a Sign-up or Commission Was Not Tracked?

If you are certain that a sign-up or commission should have been recorded but was not, please contact us at marketing@syncee.com with the relevant details. Our team will investigate the case and assist you accordingly.

For the best tracking experience, we recommend informing your potential referrals to:

  • Use the same browser and device from the first visit to sign-up and subscription.

  • Ensure cookies are enabled in their browser.

  • Avoid using incognito/private browsing modes.

  • Temporarily disable adblockers during the sign-up process.
