If you wish to use an XML file to import your products, please follow the steps below:
Open the Retailer Center at the top right section of the page by clicking on your initials
Go to the All Apps menu
From the DataFeed Manager -> Import
Click on Add New Import Task
Name the task and select the store you wish to upload products
Click to the plus sign and choose the connection type you wish to add the file through
Click to Upload file to search for your XML file on your device or drag and drop it
Choose the file type
Click to Upload
Choose the node of your file in the Settings
The node should be what contains one product's details. In most cases, it is either #, product or item
Click on Save
Please note that Syncee does not read XSD files.
If the product details are stored in multiple XML files, you can add them to one Import task until they belong to the same supplier
There has to be an ID of each product in every file you are using in the task - such as the SKU
