If you upload a product from the Syncee Marketplace, a new shipping profile will be created in your store. This profile will contain the shipping costs added by the supplier.

If the supplier ships to multiple countries, you will see shipping rates created for all of them.

This does not mean that the customers can purchase items from these countries, however, the market settings need to be adjusted to allow customers to place orders from your preferred locations.

You will see a notification in your Shopify settings if some of the markets are not enabled, but the shipping costs can be found.

In the "My suppliers" menu, you will see the shipping sync for each supplier.

You can see if the suppliers' shipping rates have been added already to your store.

Also, in this part, you will have the option to decide how you wish to manage the rates with the following options:

  • Full sync to store: The products will be added to the shipping profile, and if the supplier updates their shipping prices, it will be updated in your store as well.

  • Add products only: The shipping profile will be synchronized for the first time, and all of the products will be added to this profile, but we will not update the shipping prices. This will allow you to manage your own shipping prices in a way that suits your business better.

  • No sync to store: The products will not be added to the shipping profile, and you can manage the products and shipping in the same way as you did before.

Also, you can in the mentioned menu at the suppliers the following status: Shipping profile not added yet.

This means that currently, there is no shipping profile created in the store for automatic shipping sync.

You can remove the synchronized shipping rates if you wish to manage them manually.

In order to do this, you will need to click on the pencil icon to open the settings of this feature, and there you will need to click on the "Delete shipping profile" button in the bottom left corner of the window. If you have the "Full sync to store" option selected, the deleted shipping rate will be uploaded again into your store.

Please note: Due to the Shopify limitations, the maximum number of Shopping profiles that can be used is 100. If you upload products from more suppliers that Shopify is able to manage, you will need to create the shipping costs manually in your Shipping and delivery settings.

Due to technical limitations, this feature is available automatically for our users who first installed Syncee for their Shopify store after the 27th of January. For users who installed our application before the above-mentioned date, they will not have this feature enabled. If you'd like to use this feature, you can contact our support team, and we can enable it for you.
