Upload products from Alibaba Dropshipping with Syncee - OVERVIEW

If you wish to upload products from the Alibaba Dropshipping Site as well, just follow the steps below:

Selecting the products on Alibaba Dropshipping

Go to the Retailer Center at the top right section of the page by clicking on your initials
Go to the Alibaba under the All Apps menu
Click on Go to Alibaba.com Dropshipping site
1. You will be directed to the website
Start a search by using the built-in search engine or just start browsing the products
Choose the Ship to country to where you wish to have the suppliers send the orders
Click on the product you like to check the product details
Click on Add to Import list
1. If you do not wish to check the product details, you do not need to open it, you can directly click on the Add to Import list button
Once added, a confirmation window will pop up saying Import Completed with the Syncee logo and an OK button you can click on
Once you have finished browsing and have added products to your account, head back to Syncee and check them in the Alibaba - Products tab

The products you have selected will be listed in Syncee under the Alibaba - Products tab
You can add these products to an import list
1. If a product can not be ordered, it will be mentioned and you will not be able to move it to an import list
You can add them to the import list on-by-one or in bulk as well
1. One-by-one
  - Click on the Add to import list button you see in each orderable product's row
  - Name the import list and add the profit margin in percentage
  - Click on Save
  - The page will refresh and you will see a grey In import list label for the product
  - You can add more products to this import list by clicking on the Add to import list button - you can select the already existing import list or create a new one as well
2. In bulk
  - Select the products you wish to add to an import list by checking the boxes in front of them
  - Click on Actions
  - Click on Add to import list
    You can select an already existing import list or create a new one as well
  - Once the import list is selected/created, click on Save
  - The page will refresh and you will see a grey In import list label for the product

Go to the Import list menu on the left side or from the Alibaba - Products menu directly by clicking on the Go to Import list
Open the import list you wish to manage
You can do the following in the import list to suit your needs:
1. Products - Edit the products individually using the Edit option (pencil icon)
2. Import list settings - Change what the import list does in different scenarios Choose what should be kept updated by the import list
3. Categories - Map the categories to your collections
4. Pricing - set up your pricing for the products
5. Variant renaming - rename the variant names and values for the products
Once ready with the settings, click on Sync to start uploading the products to your store

If you wish to check the shipping fees and time for an Alibaba.com product, you can do so when you check a product there:

You will see the information among the product details
On the right side of the page, you will see the default shipping option but by clicking on the Change option, you can select a shipping method
