How to list products on Syncee as a supplier?

After registering and completing the onboarding process, you can begin importing your products to the platform. There are three ways to add products to Syncee:

  1. Integration from online store

    Syncee supports several popular e-commerce platforms, making it easy to synchronize your products. Click on the platform you are using for a detailed description

  2. Product datafeed file

    If you have a product datafeed file, you can use it to upload your products efficiently. Check our related Help Center article for more details.

  3. Create products manually

    If you only have a small number of products or cannot use the other methods, this option allows manual creation. Note that product data won’t be updated automatically with this method.

Process of importing products from an online store to Syncee:

  1. Log in to Syncee and navigate to the Supplier Center by clicking on your initials at the top of the page

    1. if you use Syncee on Shopify this step is not necessary

  2. Go to the Products menu

  3. Click on the Import products button

  4. Name your catalog

    1. this catalog will contain the products you wish to sell on Syncee

  5. Choose your platform for importing products

  6. Click on the Save and next button

  7. Set up or modify when you want your products to update from your source

  8. Apply filters if you want to exclude certain products from being listed on Syncee

  9. Define the general settings for the products in your catalog

  10. On the Categories tab, connect your categories to Syncee's categories

  11. Set up pricing rules

  12. Click on Save and finish

Keep in mind!

Listing your products is not automatic, your catalog will be reviewed by our team before you can begin selling and we will contact you once it has been approved.
