Syncee is available in two views for those retailers who installed the application from the Shopify App Store. The Shopify admin view, and the browser view (Syncee.com).

Both views have the same features, however, the browser view allows you to access a full, extended version of our solutions.

First of all, if you have not installed the Syncee Collective Dropshipping app yet, you can see how to install it in your online Shopify store here.

Once you installed it, by opening the app, you will be taken to Syncee in your Shopify admin page. This is the Shopify admin view of Syncee. Here you can access all the import features needed to find new products, import them to your store, pay orders, and chat with suppliers.

To access more features, you need to switch to the browser view of Syncee. These features include:

  • AI Search Assistant

  • DataFeed Manager

  • Alibaba dropshipping

  • More import list settings

  • Create more import lists

  • Add products to import list in bulk from a supplier storefront

  • Set default import list for the Shopify admin view

  • Team members

  • Change default currency

  • Become both a retailer and a supplier and access the Retailer Center and Supplier Center on one page

To go to browser view (Syncee.com) and see our app in extended version, you need to do the following steps:

  1. Click on the name of our app on the left side of the page under the Apps menu in your Shopify store admin page

  2. On this Dashboard page, you can find the Open on syncee.com button on the top right corner of the page

  3. Click on it, and like this, you will be directed to the browser view of Syncee

Should you have any questions or need any assistance, let us know via the in-app chat or e-mail at support@syncee.com.
