This feature allows receiving paid orders from retailers automatically. Auto Order is available for Shopify, Wix, WooCommerce, Squarespace, Bigcommerce, Ecwid by Lightspeed and Shoprenter users.
The steps of the order process:
One of your retailers receives an order from a customer
The retailer goes to their Syncee account and pays for the order
Syncee send the paid order to your online store admin
You will receive billing and shipping related information in order to fulfill the order
You can start fulfilling them from your online store admin
Once you have a tracking number, enter it into your order in your store admin.
Syncee will send this to the retailer's store (if you provide dropshipping service).
Syncee does not handle the payments (or refund) of the orders. Payments go from the retailer to the supplier directly through a secure channel provided by PayPal or Stripe.
