Everything about the Syncee subscription plans.

We provide a free Starter plan for every new client who installs our app. Our Starter Plan allows you to browse through 8 million+ dropshipping products on Syncee Marketplace and choose what you love. To prepare your catalog with products you want to sell, use Syncee Marketplace or import a file to your online store using Syncee DataFeed Manager.

Syncee offers a 14-day free trial on all of our monthly plans. During the trial period, you can upload products to your online store and access all features in your chosen plan.

The Starter plan ends when you subscribe to any of our plans.

Please note that currently, we do not offer a discount for any of our monthly subscriptions, but our annual plans are around 50% off compared to our monthly prices.

Within your subscription plan, you can subscribe to Syncee Marketplace, Syncee DataFeed Manager, or both, depending on your unique needs. If you would like to browse through Syncee’s suppliers only, you can opt out of Syncee DataFeed Manager and choose Syncee Marketplace only. Alternatively, if you work with your supplier exclusively, you can only subscribe to Syncee DataFeed Manager, forgoing Syncee Marketplace.

Please note that Syncee DataFeed Manager does not support the below platforms:

​Wix, Ecwid by Lightspeed, Woocommerce, Squarespace, BigCommerce, KMO Shops, and EKM.

Currently, Syncee DataFeed Manager is only available for Shopify, ShopRenter, and Jumpseller users.

Syncee Marketplace supports all the abovementioned platforms.

Syncee’s pricing is based on the number of products, not the number of different SKUs / variants.

Your manageable product limit means how many different products you can have in your store at the same time that were uploaded by Syncee. This means that you can always remove some products from your store and replace them with new ones in their place.

Please note that only different products count toward your manageable product limit, not their variants. Consequently, if a product has ten different variants, e.g. different sizes of a certain pair of shoes, it is still counted as a single product toward your manageable product limit.

*An AI Search Token represents a question you can ask our AI assistant, which can be found next to the search bar. Please note that every follow-up question will also deduct an AI Search Token, so try to be as precise as possible. This way you can be more economical with your tokens.

Every Syncee Marketplace plan, whether monthly or annual, includes free-of-charge customer support and Alibaba.com integration.

Why upgrade from the Starter Syncee DataFeed Manager plan?

  • 500 or more products to manage

  • One or more automated update(s)/task/day

  • More tasks to create

A task means a product managing process of one supplier.

​Manual update means: you can manually start the task to upload and update the products in your store.

​Automated update means: the task will start at a pre-scheduled time, and it will upload and update the products.

If you would like to use Syncee Marketplace and Syncee DataFeed Manager as well, you would have to subscribe to both with the plan of your choice.

Please note that if the amount of the imported products exceeds your manageable product limit in your pricing plan, you will receive a notification about it in Syncee.
