Syncee has two solutions for product updating and uploading, these are the Marketplace and the DataFeed Manager.

Using the Marketplace feature, you can work with suppliers who are listed in Syncee while our DataFeed Manager feature allows you to work with suppliers - external suppliers, who are not among our listed partners.

While the Marketplace feature is available for every e-commerce platform we work with, the DataFeed Manager can only be used by Shopify, Shoprenter and Jumpseller users.

Both solutions work on a subscription basis, you can use both or only one of them, whichever suits you better.

Marketplace

You can find millions of products listed on the Syncee Marketplace from hundreds of suppliers from all over the world. We work with reliable, pre-vetted suppliers with short lead times to ensure a high quality service.

All our plans offer automatic product uploads and updates as well as order tracking options.

What the Marketplace can offer:

  • Free Starter Plan to browse the products

  • 14-days Free trial period*

  • Access to 8 million+ products

  • Alibaba Dropshipping integration

  • High quality suppliers

  • Dynamic pricing settings

  • Advanced filtering options

  • Bulk product management

  • Daily automatic updates

  • Automatic order synchronization

  • No transaction fee or sales commission

  • Built in retailer-supplier messenger

DataFeed Manager

If you wish to add products to your store from external suppliers, you will need to use the DataFeed Manager feature. With this, you can work with external suppliers, who are not listed on our Marketplace. In this case, you need to bring us a proper, always updating product DataFeed file. The supported file formats for them are CSV, XML, XLS(X) or JSON and the file sources we can work with can be URL, (S)FTP, Google Drive URL, Google Docs URL, OneDrive URL, Dropbox URL, or a simple file upload.

What the DataFeed Manager can offer:

  • 14-days Free trial period*

  • Access to suppliers outside Syncee

  • Dynamic pricing settings

  • Advanced filtering options

  • Bulk product management

  • Daily automatic updates

  • Variants update

  • Product export

*The free trial is available for our monthly plans. If you run your store on Wix or from Woocommerce.com, the free trial is not available.
