You have 2 options to import products from the Syncee Marketplace.
The first option is to create an import list by choosing the products one-by-one while the other option is to add a supplier’s products in bulk based on certain criteria.
Choose products one-by-one
You can choose products from different suppliers and create import lists by picking the products you like. This way, you could choose exactly which products you would like to upload to your store.
After logging in to your account, select a category or use the All products option
In the Products option you can browse the products in the selected category. A few key points to look out for:
Start a search with keywords
Once in the main category, narrow down the search by selecting a subcategory
Use the different filtering options - supplier location, shipping to option, price range, shipping time etc.
Sort the products by the most relevant results, new products or lowest/highest prices
At the top right part of the page click on the shop icon to select the Import list you wish to add products to or to create one if you have not done it before
Name your new import list and add your profit margin in percentage
Click on Add to "import list" (the name of your import list will appear there) on a product you wish to upload to your store
Click on a product if you wish to check it first - it will open in a new tab
You can add the product to your import list here as well
Check the product details, shipping information or suggested profit margin
Alternatively, you can open the storefront of the supplier from the Suppliers option
Select the supplier from the Suppliers drop-down list
Click on them and the storefront will open
If the supplier has their catalogs available in more languages, select the language you would like to use from the drop-down list
Click on Add to "import list" (the name of your import list will appear there) on a product you wish to upload to your store
Click on a product if you wish to check it first - it will open in a new tab
You can add the product to your import list here as well
Check the product details, shipping information or suggested profit margin
Now that you have created your import lists and added products to them, you could upload the products by going to the Import list menu and clicking on Sync at the import list you wish to manage.
Choose products in bulk
If you wish to add more products to your store, you might not want to choose them one-by-one. In Syncee, you have the option to add products in bulk as well from the selected supplier.

Click on the Add products in Bulk button
If you do not wish to add all of the products from the catalog, you can set up filters by clicking on Create filter. You can set up various conditions for the filtering.

Click on the Start selling these products button
Name the import list and add your profit margin in percentage
Click on Create import list in order to add it to your import list
Click on the Open import list button
Click on Sync to upload the products to your store.
From that point, you will find this import list in the Import list menu.
Suppliers requiring approval
Suppliers requiring approval
Some of the suppliers require retailers to send an approval request before they allow you to import their products. In this case, you will be presented with a notification.
Click on Send my request (in case of the Products option) or on Submit request for usage in the Suppliers option and create the import list you wish to add the products to.
Once the supplier has approved your request, you can upload the products to your store.
