Let's see the most common reasons why the products would not upload to your store:
The product is out of stock on the supplier's website
If you wish to upload these products, set the What should Syncee do with those variants/products that have a quantity of 0? option to Upload with 0 quantity
The supplier has not approved your request yet
There are suppliers on our Marketplace who set up certain approval processes and you can only upload their products if they approve your request for it

The Syncee application has been deleted from your store
If the application had been uninstalled from the store, the products would not upload
Check your apps menu in your store admin to make sure Syncee is installed
The Import new products option is disabled in the import list
Check in the Import list settings menu of the import list if this feature is enabled. If not, even if you sync the import list, the products would not be uploaded
Ecwid by Lightspeed - Venture plan or other store limitations
If you have the Venture plan, you will only be able to upload products that do not have variations
If you try to upload a product that has different variations - such as sizes, you will see a notification that you can not upload it to your store
Make sure you check the plan you have with the e-commerce platform to see what is included in it
KMO Shops - Plan limitation
We would always suggest checking how many products your KMO Shops plan allows as there are limitations on the manageable product number their plans include
You do not have the appropriate subscription
It may happen that you wish to upload more products than your subscription allows you
We only upload the number of products that you have in your plan, the rest will remain in not imported status
