Suppliers who join Syncee to sell their products to online merchants can enjoy highly customizable shipping settings on our platform.

In this article, you can read about setting up shipping zones, flat rate shipping, and weight/price-based shipping conditions.

You can set where you ship your products, and how much you charge for the delivery based on your unique preferences. Firstly, you would need to add your carriers, then you should add general information like zone name, shipping time, cost, and the countries you ship to.

You can either find these shipping settings:

  • in the middle of the onboarding, step-by-step process

  • within your account

    • under your Supplier Center hub, Storefront menu, Shipping tab.

Setting up shipping zones within your account

  1. Log in to your Syncee account and navigate to the Supplier Center hub by clicking on your initials at the top of the page

    1. if you use Syncee on Shopify this step is not necessary

  2. Go to your Storefront menu and click on the Shipping tab

  3. Click on the Create new profile button

    1. in case it is your first shipping profile, you will have a General Profile

    2. if you have more catalogs and more shipping profiles later, the General profile's settings will be relevant for all new products not included in other profiles

  4. Click the Create new zone button

  5. Click on the Add new rate button

    1. choose a carrier and set up a condition you wish to use

  6. Specify the minimum and maximum conditions that will apply to orders

  7. Add the shipping price, then the incremental fee if you have additional cost in case of multiple units of the same product in an order

  8. Provide your minimum and maximum shipping days

Keep in mind!

  • Be as specific as possible when creating new zones. For example, if you ship worldwide, please create at least 3 zones with the different shipping times you provide at each destination.

  • Add the conditions and ranges carefully so one condition would not belong to two separate rates.

  • Your shipping profile can contain multiple zones as well.

  • You can select the default weight unit from the drop down field here.
