How to complete your supplier storefront?

In this article you can read about the steps of completing your storefront in Syncee. Use it as a guide when setting up your storefront.

Setting up your storefront

  1. Log into your Syncee account and navigate to the Supplier Center hub by clicking your initials at the top of the page

    1. if you use Syncee on Shopify this step is not necessary

  2. On the Dashboard you will see the steps of the Setup guide, click on the Set up company details and appearance step

  3. On the Company & Branding page you would need provide key details about your company

    1. upload your company logo and cover image

    2. enter your company name and email address

    3. add your website URL

    4. write an at least 300-character company description to introduce your brand and connect with Syncee retailers

    5. specify main warehouse location and phone number

    6. enter the year your company was established

    7. optionally, you can add social media links of your company

  4. On the Shipping & Returns page you would need to outline your shipping zones, methods, and lead times and clearly state your policy regarding returns and refunds

  5. On the Company billing & Payments page you would need to enter the billing details to get paid by retailers and connect a PayPal or/and Stripe account

    1. here, you will have the option to choose the currency you wish to receive the payments in

  6. On the Wholesale page you are able to establish your wholesale terms by setting minimum order requirements for retailers.

Keep in mind!

Until these steps are completed, we won’t be able to list you as a supplier.
