How to set your Return & Refund policy?

In this article you can read about how you can set up your Return & Refund policy.

Setting up your return and refund policy in Syncee

  1. Log in to your Syncee account and navigate to the Supplier Center hub by clicking on your initials at the top of the page

    1. if you use Syncee on Shopify this step is not necessary

  2. Click on the Storefront menu and choose the Return & Refund policy tab

  3. Describe your conditions

  4. Review your policy by clicking on the Preview button

  5. Click on the Save button

Keep in mind!

It is recommended to offer at least a 14-day return window as your condition, but offering 30 days can further enhance trust with your retailers.
