How to manage retailers on Syncee?

As a supplier on Syncee, managing your retailers efficiently is key to building strong partnerships and maximizing your sales potential. This guide will walk you through how to find and manage your retailers, modify their status, communicate with them, and invite new retail partners to your network.

How to manage your retailers as a supplier on Syncee

  • Log in to your Syncee account and navigate to the Supplier Center by clicking on your initials at the top of the page

    • if you use Syncee on Shopify this step is not necessary

  • Head over to the Retailers menu

    1. here, you can see the list of the retailers who have shown interest in selling your products

    2. click on the retailers' name to check additional details about them

  • If you need to communicate with any retailer, click on the Contact retailer button

  • If you wish to modify their status you have two options:

    • one-by-one: by changing the switch on/off button

    • in bulk: select the retailers you wish to reject, then click on the Actions button and modify their status' from 'Approved' to 'Reject'

Managing your retailers on Syncee is simple and efficient, thanks to the platform’s intuitive tools. From tracking retailer activity and modifying their status to direct communication and expanding your network.

Keep in mind!

You can invite new retailer partners by clicking on the 'Invite new retailer' button.
