We are committed to curating a diverse and high-quality selection of products. To ensure that our Marketplace maintains its standards and integrity, we have established specific criteria that potential suppliers must meet in order to list their products with us. Please carefully review the following guidelines before submitting your supplier application.

Professional and Informative Website:

Your business should have a well-designed and informative website that accurately represents your brand and products. This website should reflect your commitment to professionalism and customer satisfaction.

Active Online Store:

A requirement for consideration as a supplier is the operation of an active, independent online store, preferably on a well-known e-commerce platform (e.g. Shopify). This store should be regularly updated with your latest products and be easily accessible to customers.

Inventory and Product Ownership:

Suppliers with their own inventory, preferably offering products they manufacture, are preferred. Demonstrating ownership and control over your product offerings enhances the uniqueness and reliability of your offerings.

Payment Provider Integration:

Suppliers should be able to integrate with at least one of our accepted payment providers, such as PayPal or Stripe.

Reasonable Shipping Fees and Delivery Times:

It is important to provide competitive and reasonable shipping fees for your products. Additionally, accurate and dependable delivery times contribute to a positive customer experience.

Compliance with Prohibited Products:

Suppliers must not list or sell any products that violate our prohibited products policy. It is imperative that your offerings adhere to legal and ethical standards.

Keep in mind!

Applying to become a supplier on our Marketplace involves a thorough evaluation of the above criteria. To ensure a positive experience for both suppliers and retailers, we reserve the right to approve or reject supplier requests based on our internal evaluation processes.

Should you have any questions or need any assistance, let us know via the in-app chat or e-mail at suppliers@syncee.com.
