In Syncee when paying for your orders you can decide what you wish to pay with.

The suppliers add their payment method - Stripe or PayPal - some would have both. Depending on their added payment gateway, you can pay with a Credit/Debit card or with PayPal.

As it is possible to add a card to your PayPal account, paying with a credit/debit card is always available.
