An overview about the Syncee retailer dashboard and menus.

After you log in to your Syncee account, you will arrive at our step-by-step guide page.

Let's see in a nutshell what you can find in Syncee inside each section and menu.

Syncee home page - Marketplace

Acess the Syncee Marketplace by using the search bar or our category navigation bar below it.

  • Check the Best sellers and new arrivals

  • Browse the products on the Marketplace

  • Check the different categories and select products from them

    • Products option

      • Importing products one-by-one

      • Adding items to your Favorites list

    • Suppliers option

      • Browse the suppliers and add their product range to your import list

      • Follow the suppliers you like

  • AI search option and advanced search settings

Access your Retailer Center by clicking on your initials in the upper right corner, then on the Retailer Center, the menu will appear on the left side of the page.

Activities section

Dashboard

  • Check the analytics of your account

    • Orders

    • Profit, revenue

    • Sales analytics

  • Top selling products, suppliers, product categories

  • Overview of your sales

Import list

  • Check the import lists you have created for the products

  • Create new import lists

  • Sync them to upload the products to your store

  • Set up your pricing or link the product categories with your store collections

  • Edit the products individually

Orders

  • Check the orders you received from your customers

Favorites

  • Check your favorite products here

  • Add them to your import lists

  • Check your followed suppliers, their products or shipping details

My Suppliers

  • Check the list of the suppliers you have added products from

  • Set if you wish to use them as dropshippers or wholesalers

  • Contact them or leave them a review

Messages

  • Get in touch with the suppliers directly with the in-app supplier-retailer chat

Referrals

  • Become our affiliate partner and make money by sharing Syncee

    • Refer a supplier to list their products on our Marketplace

    • Refer a retailer to become our partner and resell our listed products

My Account section

Settings:

  • Profile

    • Find the general settings here, such as account information (the language of the app, password settings, personal and business details, onboarding settings)

    • Please note, the e-mail address can not be changed in your account, if you need to modify it, please let us know, we will be able assist

  • Billing information

    • Add your billing information here - company name, address, name

  • My Shops

    • Check the stores you have added

    • Add a new store

  • Order settings

    • Fill the Orders Billing and Orders Shipping information

    • Set which orders should be downloaded from your store

  • Preferences

    • Edit your settings for product recommendations relating to the Marketplace

      • The product categories you are interested in

      • Your customers' location

      • Products' location (ships from regions)

  • Notifications

    • Set what do you want to receive email and in-app notifications about

  • Team

    • Add more members who can manage your store's Syncee account

Billing

  • Plans

    • You can see all the available Syncee Subscription plans with features and you can compare too each plans.

  • Subscriptions

    • Subscribe to a Syncee plan

    • Manage the changes for the subscription - upgrades, downgrades, having a monthly or an annual plan

  • Invoices

    • If you are not running your online store on Shopify, Wix or Woocommerce.com but another e-commerce platform, find your invoices here

  • Install applications to extend your Syncee experience

    • Alibaba Dropshipping

    • DataFeed Manager - Import

    • DataFeed Manager - Export

    • DataFeed Manager - Variants Update

  • Check our Partner apps and install them to your store
