Managing out of stock products in the import lists

This article shows what happens if the supplier runs out of the product.

If you use one of our paid plans, you would be able to update the products in your store by clicking on the Sync button.

Syncee will update the products one or two times during the day based on your subscription.

In the Import list settings, you can set what should happen with the out-of-stock products; you can either hide the products or set the quantity to 0 in your store.

  1. Go to the Retailer Center at the top right section of the page by clicking on your initials

  2. Go to the Import List menu

  3. Open the import list you wish to manage

  4. Click on Import list settings tab

  5. Choose if you would like to hide the product or set the quantity to 0

    1. You can set it in the What should Syncee do with the products that have a quantity of 0? option

  6. Click on Save once you are ready
