Sometimes you may wish to export your orders. To do so, just follow the steps below:
Please note that exporting orders requires a minimum of the Pro plan in Syncee. Without this plan, exported CSV files will be empty and not include order details such as item costs, VAT, and shipping.
Navigate to the Syncee Orders menu in your account.
Click on More Actions within the Orders menu.
Select the Export option to receive a CSV file containing details such as item costs, VAT, and shipping information. If preferred, you can filter the orders by clicking the magnifying glass button and applying filters like timeframe or supplier, or manually select boxes to export specific orders or exclude others. Ensure you are on a plan that supports this functionality to export data successfully.
