Targeting customers in the EU? How to set up your billing information?

Learn how to set up your billing information for your orders if you are in the EU and wish to offer shipping there

If your company is registered in the EU, it is highly possible that you have an EU VAT number as well.

If you have one, you have the option to add it in Syncee for your order settings, this way, no additional tax would be added on top of the orders fees.

How to set it up in Syncee?

  1. Log in to your account and go to the Retailer Center by clicking on your initials at the top right section of the page

  2. Click on the Settings menu on the left side of the page then go to the Order Settings submenu

  3. Fill out the Orders Shipping and Orders Billing information sections with your company details
    - If an EU country is selected, the EU VAT number field will come up in the Orders Billing information section where you can add it.
