How to modify your supplier storefront?

In this article, we will guide you through two important aspects of setting up your Syncee Supplier account: the Branding settings and the Information for Retailers section. These features are crucial for effectively showcasing your brand and providing key information to potential retail partners.

Customizing Your Branding Settings on Syncee

  1. Log in to your Syncee account and navigate to the Supplier Center hub

  2. Go to the Storefront menu and choose the Branding tab

  3. Modify your company logo, cover image and brand image if needed

    1. ensure these images high-quality

  4. Click on the Save button

Editing the Information for Retailers Section

  1. Log in to your Syncee account, navigate to the Supplier Center hub by clicking on your initials at the top of the page

    1. if you use Syncee on Shopify this step is not necessary

  2. Select the Storefront menu and click on the Information for Retailers tab

  3. Here you can update the key information about your business like:

    1. company name and email address

    2. website URL

    3. company description

    4. main warehouse location

    5. phone number

    6. year established

    7. social media links

  4. Click on the Save button

By completing these steps, your company’s branding and information will be effectively presented to retailers on Syncee, making it easier for them to connect with and understand your business.
