Managing reviews on Syncee
Log in to your Syncee account and navigate to the Supplier Center hub by clicking on your initials at the top of the page
if you use Syncee on Shopify this step is not necessary
Go to the Retailers menu and select the Reviews tab
here you can find the list of the reviews left by retailers
To respond to the reviews click on the Write reply button
if you replied already, you can check your response by clicking on the Show reply button
Keep in mind!
Both the retailer’s review and your reply are visible on your Syncee storefront, offering full transparency to potential retail partners.
By actively managing and responding to reviews, you maintain a positive presence on Syncee. This not only strengthens your relationships with current retailers but also builds trust with potential partners.
