Managing orders efficiently is key to running a successful online business, and Syncee makes this process seamless for suppliers. In this article, we guide you through how to view and manage your orders on the Syncee platform, so you can stay on top of your sales and fulfill them quickly.
When a retailer places an order for your product through Syncee, you receive a notification. You can also view your orders anytime by logging into the platform. Syncee automatically syncs orders with your online store, so you can begin fulfilling them as soon as they come in. All order details, including the payment information are securely transferred to you.
How to view your orders
Log in to your Syncee account and access to the Supplier Center by clicking on your initials at the top of the page
if you use Syncee on Shopify this step is not necessary
Select the Orders menu
here you can find the list of all the orders placed by retailers in Syncee
each order in the list contain key information such as Syncee order number, order number, retailer name etc.
For additional customer details, like shipping and billing information click on the three dots next to the order.
To see more information about any specific order, simply click on the arrow or anywhere in the order row to expand it.

Apply filters to narrow down the orders based on various criteria
Expand all rows at once to get a quick view of multiple orders
You can copy order numbers by clicking on the copy icon next to each order.
clicking the arrow next to the Syncee order number will take you to a dedicated page for that order
if you need to view the order directly in your online store’s admin panel, click the arrow next to the order number
By following these steps, you will have a clear overview of your orders and be able to manage them effectively.
