This article will give you the necessary information about Syncee's AI Assistant.

Syncee’s AI assistant is only accessible to logged-in users.

To access it you have to first log in to your Syncee account, then simply click on the star icon next to the search field on the top of your screen.

Once open, you can either type in full sentences or shorter, more concise prompts, and the AI Assistant will list all the products that best match the criteria you have outlined. With the products now on your screen, you can either manually add the products of your choice to your import lists, or simply put them into your cart for later purchase. Also, feel free to use categories, or specific product names even, as our AI Assistant will always try its best to guide you to the specific items you are looking for, regardless of the specificity of the prompt itself.

If you are using our Starter plan, you are entitled to 5 AI Search Tokens each month.

If you added the products to an import list, simply click on the “Sync” button in your “Import list” menu, and the items will appear in the import list.

If you added the products to your cart, simply click on the “cart” button on the top right-hand side of your screen, where you can proceed to check out or modify your cart according to your preferences.
