When you check the products or suppliers in Syncee and the shipping details of them, it may happen that you will not see the shipping prices. There can be two main reasons for that.
The supplier offers FREE shipping
When the supplier, whose products you check offer free shipping, you will see it labeled in the Shipping information tab of the products in the Products option
If you check the information among the supplier's details however, you will only see the shipping times mentioned
It only applies to suppliers, who use our Auto order feature
The supplier does not use Auto order
When the supplier does not use our Auto order feature, you will often see a 'Specific Pricing' tag in the Shipping tab
If you go to the Shipping section, you will not see any shipping price added
There are non auto order suppliers, who provide general shipping details, you will see shipping prices there added in that case
Please note, these prices will only be indicative
In both cases, it is advised to reach out to the suppliers themselves to discuss their exact shipping costs
