Managing wholesale orders efficiently is essential for suppliers, and setting up clear minimum order amount rules is a key part of that process.
In this article, we walk you through the steps to set up minimum order amount rules for wholesale orders on Syncee.
Setting up minimum order rules within your account
Log in to your Syncee account and go to the Supplier Center hub by clicking on your initials at the top of the page
if you use Syncee on Shopify this step is not necessary
Navigate to the Storefront menu and select the Wholesale tab
In the Wholesale tab, you have the option to choose from three different minimum order amount rules:
No minimum order amount: if you do not have a minimum order requirement for retailers, select this option from the drop down menu and click on the Save button.
Minimum order amount: if you require a minimum order amount for wholesale orders, select this option. A field will appear where you can enter the specific amount, once you have entered the desired minimum, click Save to confim.
Minimum order amount for first order and reorders: if your business has different rules for first-time orders and reorders, this option is for you. After selecting it, two fields will appear, enter the minimum order amount for the first order in the first field and the minimum for reorders in the second field. Once both amounts are set, click Save to apply your rules.
Once you selected the appropriate rule and entered any required amounts click on the Save button.
