On Syncee, you have the opportunity to rate suppliers you interact with on the platform. This helps both other retailers and suppliers gain insight into the quality of collaborations.

Who can leave a rating?
Every retailer who has interacted with a supplier through Syncee can leave a review.
It’s not necessary to have completed an actual order or transaction — you can also leave feedback if you’ve simply shown interest in a supplier’s products.

How are ratings calculated?

  • Verified retailer (those who have completed a real transaction with a supplier) have their ratings counted with full weight.

  • Interested retailer (those who contacted a supplier but haven’t ordered yet) have their ratings counted with reduced weight.

This means that all feedback matters, but ratings based on real business experiences have a stronger impact on the overall average.

What information do others see from your rating?
On a supplier’s public storefront, only the average rating and the number of reviews are displayed.
Individual reviews are not associated with retailer names publicly.

Suppliers can see which retailer submitted a review in their admin dashboard, but this information is not visible to other retailers.

Why should you leave a rating?

  • You help suppliers improve their services.

  • You provide guidance for other retailers.

  • You also benefit from others’ reviews when choosing new suppliers.
