Refund Policy
We do not honor refund requests, whether it is partial or prorated for unused subscription time, mid-cycle cancellations, or periods of account inactivity.
Monthly Plans: For monthly subscription plans, cancellations made during the 3-day free trial period result in no charges, unless you upgrade your subscription to a higher plan during this time.
Following the expiration of the mentioned trial period, no refunds will be granted for monthly subscription plans
Annual Plans: Annual subscription plans do not come with a trial period and are non-refundable once payment has been processed.
Promotional or Discounted Subscription:
Syncee does not offer refunds or accept reversal requests for any promotional or discounted subscription plans. You can find more details about promotional subscriptions here.
Renewal and cancellation of your plans
Your subscription will automatically renew unless you cancel it at least a day before your scheduled renewal date. This date can be found in your platform's billing and also in your Syncee account.
Such cancellation must be effected through your account settings. Upon successful cancellation, a confirmation notification will be sent to your registered email address.
You are responsible for canceling your subscription on time. If you do not cancel within the free trial period, you will not be eligible for a refund.

If you receive your invoice directly from our app:
By subscribing to our application, you confirm that you have read, understood, and fully accepted our Terms of Use and our Refund and Cancellation Policy.
If you receive your invoice through Shopify:
By subscribing to our application, you confirm that you have read, understood, and fully accepted Shopify's Terms of Service.
If you receive your invoice through Wix:
By subscribing to our application, you confirm that you have read, understood, and fully accepted Wix's Terms of Use.
