Let's learn where you can find the DataFeed Manager solution on Syncee either on the Shopify admin view, or on Syncee.com if you installed Syncee from other platform than Shopify.
Syncee is available in two views for those retailers who installed the application from the Shopify App Store. The Shopify admin view, and the browser view that is the Syncee.com.
Both views have the same features, however, the browser view allows you to access a full, extended version of our solutions.
Where to find DataFeed Manager on Syncee within the Shopify admin:
First of all, go to your Shopify admin, click on the Apps menu, and pick the retailer app of Syncee.
Then you may see the View more option in the left side bar in the menu of Syncee. Click on this View more option.
Click on the Apps menu. There you will see a list of Syncee apps and other recommended partner apps.
You can see three apps for DataFeed Manager, these go to the different solutions it offers, the import feature, the export feature, and the variants update feature.
Click on the one you would like to work with.
Now, click on the Continue to syncee.com button and you will be directed to the browser view of Syncee. Here, you can easily install the Syncee app by choosing the solution you would like to work with, and clicking on the Install button.
After this, you can access the solution by either clicking on the app again and then clicking on the Open app button. Or, under the Apps menu, you can find a new DataFeed Manager menu. If you click on it, you can then pick a submenu based on the Datafeed solution you wanted to use.
To access the DataFeed Manager from the Shopify admin, you have to click on the Apps menu, pick the DataFeed Manager solution you want to use, and then click on the Continue to Syncee.com button to access it on the browser view of the application.
Where to find DataFeed Manager on Syncee.com:
Once you are logged in to your Syncee account, click on your initials at the top of the page and navigate to the Retailer Center.
Then, under Apps, click on the All Apps menu. There you will see a list of Syncee apps and other recommended partner apps. You can see three apps for DataFeed Manager, these go to the different solutions it offers, the import feature, the export feature, and the variants update feature.
