Syncee is a virtual fulfillment service center application, providing the technical link between the suppliers and retailers and managing the product upload and updates for the online stores.

The products themselves, thus their shipping and returns as well are handled by the suppliers directly.

As each supplier sets their own conditions, their return and refund policies may be different from one another. We always suggest reaching out to those, you wish to work with to discuss their policies. They often have these available on their websites where you can check them.

Please note, that we do not take part in the trading process between the retailers and suppliers, if you need to return an item or ask for a refund for a product, you will need to get in touch with the suppliers.

The same applies to the product warranty, which the suppliers would be able to confirm.

The details of the warranty for a product depend on the supplier, as each supplier sets their own conditions. To find out the warranty details for a specific product, you should contact the supplier directly. They may also have this information available on their website.
